Hi my name is Melinda I'm a thirty-three year old single mother of two girls. Sierra is six and Cheyenne is four. I live and work in Spokane. I am a nurse aid. I work through a private home agency. My ex the girl's father walked out on me when I was eight months pregnant with our second child. Well to be truthful we had already broken up several times prior to this but since this was the final break up will only count it. I was thrown for a loop as I thought we were working things out. Turns out he was only using me why he pursued another woman. I was left angry and bitter over his actions. My ex had a good friend named Matt who stepped in to help me out. Nearly five years later he is still helping me out. I couldn't have survived the first few years alone without his help. I made the decision to have these two girls even though I knew I couldn't afford them, but I desperately wanted a family on my own. I was abused by both my parent's when I was growing up and still have to deal with verbal abuse from my mother on occasion. I've always been alone in this world it seems, at least I was until my girls were born. Still I chose to have juds with the wrong man as my ex is very abusive toward me. I've struggled a long as a single Mom for four years now and it's gotten too hard to get by. So I made a ratical decision. I decided to get married to Matt who has been a loyal friend to me all these but we have never dated. After all people in the old days often married strangers their families chose for them and that system worked for many years. So I decided to marry for practical reasons rather than love and passion. I made a list and realized how much easier life would be if I was married and had a second income. So I married Matt at a hitching post in Idaho on August 29, 2007.
